Director
I founded Framework Associates in 2017 with the mission to provide accessible, affordable, and culturally-affirming psychological services. I oversee Framework’s clinical services to ensure they are culturally affirming, of the highest quality, and aligned with our practice's values.
DR. ELISA LEAL
Asst. Director of Training
I specialize in training the next generation of therapists, overseeing Framework’s various training programs and working as a clinical supervisor as well. I tend to take a developmental approach to my training roles, helping my trainee’s tap into their innate strengths.
DR. REBECCA LECROIX
Asst. Director of Education & Engagement
I facilitate Framework’s relationship with other healthcare providers in our community and coordinate our Continuing Education Program approved by the California Psychological Association. I work as a clinical supervisor as well.
