Director
I founded Framework Associates in 2017 with the mission to provide accessible, affordable, and culturally-affirming psychological services. I oversee Framework’s clinical services to ensure they are culturally affirming, of the highest quality, and aligned with our practice's values.
DR. ELISA LEAL
Asst. Director of Training
I specialize in training the next generation of therapists, overseeing Framework’s various training programs and serving as a clinical supervisor. My approach is developmental and strengths-based, helping trainees recognize and cultivate their innate abilities as clinicians.
DR. REBECCA LECROIX
Asst. Director of Education & Engagement
I facilitate Framework’s relationships with healthcare providers in our community. I also coordinate our accredited Continuing Education Program and am passionate about helping therapists stay current with research, practices, and competencies.
