I founded Framework Associates in 2017 with the mission to provide accessible, affordable, and culturally affirming psychological services. As Director, I strive to provide vision and leadership for the practice, ensuring Framework operates at the highest quality, remains grounded in our values, and continues to evolve thoughtfully to meet the needs of community.
DR. ELISA LEAL
Associate Director for Training
I specialize in training the next generation of therapists, overseeing Framework’s various training programs and serving as a clinical supervisor. My approach is developmental and strengths-based, helping trainees recognize and cultivate their innate abilities as clinicians.
DR. REBECCA LECROIX
Associate Director for Clinical Services
I oversee Framework’s clinical services, facilitate our relationships with healthcare providers in our community, and coordinate our accredited Continuing Education Program. I’m passionate about helping therapists stay current with research, practices, and competencies.
