Clinical supervisor

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

I strive to meet you where you are with what you need that day. I’ll give you the autonomy to determine the focus of our sessions, but am happy to guide as needed and provide expertise and practical tools. Ultimately, I see our relationship as collaborative, working together in a safe and honored space to navigate the path to attaining your goals. In my view, this kind of atmosphere sets the stage for doing the work we need and want to do together.

I obtained my Ph.D. from Georgia State University and previously worked at Oglethorpe University and the University of California Irvine before joining Framework. I specialize in utilizing Humanistic and CBT-based interventions to treat depression, anxiety, and stressful life transitions.

I also specialize in providing LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy to help clients explore or affirm their LGBTQIA+ identities, and I previously worked as a LGBTQIA+ researcher and Safe Zone program facilitator. I root my personal and professional approach to therapy in my own experience as a queer-allied and biracial Indigenous and White parent. Much of the work I enjoy doing includes parents and those becoming parents, including those dealing with pre & perinatal or postpartum concerns.

In addition to being a therapist, I serve as Framework’s Assistant Director of Education & Engagement, facilitating Framework’s relationship with other healthcare providers in our community and coordinating our Continuing Education Program (approved by the California Psychological Association-FRA0001).

Finally, I serve as a clinical supervisor within Framework’s training programs.
