Joining from a cellular network or from an unstable Internet connection may cause video buffering. You may use a laptop, smartphone, or tablet. If you plan to use a smartphone or tablet, you may be asked to first download the Simple Practice Telehealth App (Apple, Android).

Parking: Garage parking is available for $5/hr (cash only). Metered street parking is often available on Lankershim Blvd.

Upon Arrival: Please take the elevator to the 5th floor for Suite 545. Please have a seat once inside, we’ll greet you at the time of your appointment.

A.D.A. Accessibility: There are two steps at the front door. We encourage clients who use a wheelchair or have mobility issues to use the rear entrance near the parking garage, which is accessible. An elevator will take you to the 5th floor. We ask that you please alert reception to any mobility issues prior to your appointment, so that we can ensure you are scheduled in an easily-accessible therapy room. You can reach reception by calling 323-999-1395 and selecting option 3.
