Kimberlee McMillian, M.S.W.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (61932)
I approach my work from a supportive and nonjudgmental place, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic interventions to help my clients move toward their goals. While I integrate different therapeutic styles depending on your needs, I focus on helping you discover practical, sustainable solutions to the concerns that bring you to therapy.
I work with adults across the lifespan, from young adults in college to seniors navigating retirement. I especially enjoy supporting individuals navigate through difficult life transitions. This stage of life can hold both possibility and uncertainty, and I value helping clients build clarity, confidence, and direction during this time. I also feel deeply committed to making myself available to adult adoptees. I understand that adoption can shape identity, relationships, and self-understanding in complex ways, and I strive to offer a space where those experiences can be explored with care, curiosity, and respect.
I’m a graduate of San Diego State University. Before joining Framework, I previously worked for Loma Linda University Medical Center and Optum Behavioral Health, while also helping train the next generation of therapists as a field instructor.
