Kristina Kaw, M.A.
licensed marriage & family therapist* (113462)
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
I weave together interventions from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and EMDR to help you feel empowered to overcome the challenges you face in life. I aim to create a space that feels both confidently challenging and genuinely supportive—one that is kind, nonjudgmental, and encouraging to help you grow. I will provide a safe space to process your experiences, offer tools and strategies to help manage difficulties, and provide education and insight to discuss and explore.
I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. My specializations include anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I’m also a trained and certified to teach yoga and use my experience to help my clients enhance their sense of body-based relaxation.
