Ms. Hollis received her Master’s in Counseling from San Diego State University. She specializes in helping individuals navigate stressful transitions in life and improve their self-esteem through the use of narrative therapy, trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused approaches. She believes therapy serves as a safe space for clients to practice how they want to approach their life outside of session. Ms. Hollis strives to provide culturally-affirming counseling, is the author of a self-guided journals (Senses of Self & Let’s Heal) and co-creator of the Black Women Healing Pod, a podcast devoted to exploring topics related to the lives of Black women.
