Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
I believe all humans are capable of tremendous resiliency and try to help each client realize and utilize the internal strengths they already possess to face life’s challenges. While I pull from a variety of modalities and interventions, at my root I consider myself a humanistic/existential therapist working from a narrative therapy approach. In other words, I help clients find meaning in their experiences, live more authentically, and feel more connected to what matters to them. Past clients have told me I’m patient, empathetic, and creative.
I bring my lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic person with ADHD and dyscalculia to the therapy room. I’m proud to be neurodivergent and hope to help my clients have a healthier relationship with their own neurodivergence by increasing awareness and reducing shame. I also identify as queer and enjoy providing affirming therapy to other members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
In addition to my role as a therapist, I serve as a clinical supervisor within Framework’s training programs. Furthermore, I also serve as Framework’s Group Therapy Coordinator and specialize in facilitating our group therapy programs.
Outside of work I enjoy doing Taekwondo, watching Star Trek, and drinking huge quantities of tea. I also love spending time with my pets, some of whom you might see keeping me company during session.
