“My practicum experience at Framework has been truly memorable and meaningful! The support from my supervisors helped me grow clinically while also guiding me in developing my voice and style as a therapist. I appreciated the balance between structure and support, while also allowing room to explore, face challenges, and learn as a student. I’m deeply grateful for everything I learned during my time here and will carry those lessons and insights with me as I continue to grow in my practice.”
Nicki Dezfuli, Practicum Counselor (2024-2025)
“I cannot say enough good things about my experience as a practicum student with Framework. I thoroughly enjoyed the diversity in client backgrounds, diagnoses, and treatment needs that I was exposed to throughout my practicum year. I also appreciated the varied supervision, individually and within group, and the desire to foster a sense of community even if we were working out of different offices. Additionally, one of the benefits of working within a group practice was the ability to consult with professionals who had expertise in different areas. Overall, my practicum experience with Framework helped me to grow professionally throughout the year, as well as helped shape the clinician I am today.”
Lauren Mead, Practicum Counselor (2020-2021)
“My training experience at Framework Associates was the best practicum experience I had throughout my graduate school training. I was able to work with different populations and diagnoses, with couples, and co-facilitate groups. The supervision I had at framework really encouraged me to develop my own style as a clinician and consider what I want the beginning of my career to look like. My placement here facilitated my growth as a clinician the most out of all of my practicum sites.”
Elizabeth Quintero, Practicum Counselor (2021-2023)
“My practicum at Framework Associates was an invaluable training experience! [My supervisors] were always supportive of my learning and growth as a student clinician. I was really pleased with the balance between supportive feedback and respect for my own autonomy and style, as well as with the diversity of clients I was able to work with!”
Chris Costanza, Practicum Counselor (2021-2022)
