Testimonials:

Testimonials are collected from trainees after the conclusion of their training experience.

“My training experience at Framework has truly been a dream. When I first started, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a year here, I can wholeheartedly say that Framework genuinely practices what it preaches. They value each individual, promote self-care, and foster a seamless, supportive environment. I’ve had the privilege of working in one of the healthiest settings I’ve ever encountered, where I’ve always felt safe to voice my needs and show up as my authentic self. The supervisors and directors are incredibly knowledgeable and committed, and through their guidance, I’ve gained invaluable clinical skills. Most importantly, I never imagined I’d feel this safe, supported, and genuinely seen in a training setting. I would highly recommend Framework to anyone seeking a training site or workplace that offers a healthy work-life balance in a space where they can be their authentic selves.” - Irene Akther (2024-2025 AMFT)

“I have deeply enjoyed my time here at Framework. It has been one of the most supportive work environments that I have had the chance to train in. The support they offer is multifaceted; with thorough, thoughtful and collaborative supervision, extensive (free!) CE opportunities that are consciously geared toward the current client population they provide treatment to (including neurodiverse affirming/LGBTQ+ affirming/culturally affirming frameworks which aid in holistic conceptualization/treatment planning), and a clear work life balance that is modeled and honored by the supervisors and directors. They provided a consistent and comprehensive case-load (which aided in a timely conclusion of completing my hours), and have really helped me hone in on my clinical strengths while providing me a safe space to explore my clinical growth edges.

I have the utmost respect for my fellow clinicians at Framework, as well as, the stellar supervisors/directors and those in charge of the clinical training. I truly consider myself lucky to have trained here.” - Maite Savage (2024-2025 AMFT)
