Rachael Dadbin, M.A.
LMFT (138618)
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, navigating stressful transitions in their life, or are experiencing issues around their motherhood. I approach therapy from a Humanistic perspective, meeting you where you’re at in your journey while helping to facilitate your personal growth. I always try to create a safe space where you can be your genuine self and speak your truth without fear of judgement, while also offering practical ideas or tools you can use right away. While past clients have told me that I’m warm, accepting, and offer honest feedback, I also don’t think therapy has to be serious and heavy 100% of the time (We can have a laugh and celebrate your wins too!).
Finally, I identify as Jewish and enjoy working with clients around religion & spirituality.
