Technical Requirements: For a smoother videochat experience, please join the videochat while connected to high-speed Internet. Joining from a cellular network or from an unstable Internet connection may cause video buffering. You may use a laptop, smartphone, or tablet. If you plan to use a smartphone or tablet, you may be asked to first download the Simple Practice Telehealth App (Apple, Android).
