clinical supervisor
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
I use a solution-focused approach to help you build bridges between your unique strengths and goals for life. My style is characterized by collaboration, curiosity, compassion, and humor. My goal is to give you the supportive environment you need to process past experiences, while also helping you build toward the future you desire. You may notice that I always try to balance helping you process emotion tied to current or past experiences, while also providing you with tangible neuroscience-based strategies to shift your mind/body stress responses.
I believe that our mental health is impacted by the culture and systems that we operate within, and welcome you to bring these conversations into session. I identify as queer and am always grateful for the opportunity to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community with affirming therapy.
In addition to my role as a therapist, I currently serve as a clinical supervisor within Framework’s training programs.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, playing board games, and traveling.
