clinical supervisor

Pronouns: He/Him/Hims

As a clinical psychologist with a background in the medical field, I bring an evidence-based, integrative approach to therapy that considers the full complexity of mind and body. I work collaboratively to enhance personal effectiveness, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of purpose and meaning in life.

It’s often hard to juggle a personal life, family relationships, career responsibilities, and physical health. Whether related to health, school, relationships, or job stress, I’ll do my best to help you navigate life’s challenges by identifying maladaptive patterns and fostering healthier, more effective behaviors. Together we’ll uncover new insight and perspectives, helping you rediscover your personal strengths and develop effective strategies for managing life’s challenges.

I earned my doctorate from the PGSP-Stanford Consortium in Palo Alto. I have extensive experience treating a wide range of presenting issues, but my top specialties include anxiety, depression, health psychology (including chronic pain), OCD, and trauma.

In addition to my role as a therapist, I serve as a clinical supervisor within Framework’s training programs.
