I’m a bilingual, Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about providing culturally-responsive, person-centered care. I prioritize creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely human as my goal is for you to feel seen, understood, and respected in the fullness of who you are. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility, honoring your lived experiences and identities. I try to balance compassion with thoughtful challenge, supporting you while also gently inviting reflection, growth, and new perspectives.
I approach my work through a social justice–informed lens and hold values rooted in equity, compassion, and respect for human dignity. I am attentive to how systems, power, and sociopolitical contexts impact mental health, and I strive to provide care that is affirming, inclusive, and responsive to these realities. As a first-generation college graduate, I enjoy working with fellow first-gen. college students.
Every client and every session is different because your needs are unique. I prioritize walking alongside you, meeting you where you are each day. Sessions may include grounding or mindfulness to help you settle and tune out the outside world, exploring practical tools to manage current stressors, or making space to process deeper emotional or traumatic experiences. Whatever we focus on, our work is always guided by your individual needs, with me offering support, structure, and gentle guidance along the way.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. I’m currently completing the final year of training required for my Doctorate. My clinical experience spans working in community mental health, inpatient treatment, and private practice, allowing me to support adults with a diverse range of presenting concerns.
I’m currently a psychological associate (94029028) supervised by Dr. Leal (28330). Clients are welcome to reach out to Framework’s Assistant Director of Training, Dr. Leal, for any questions or concerns.
Leal (28330).
