Dr. Ying-An (Erica) Chi is a bilingual (Mandarin-speaking) psychologist who places a high value on the relationship she forms with her clients. She received her doctorate from Alliant International University and joins Framework after training at several community mental health agencies around Los Angeles County. Dr. Chi prides herself on being a social justice oriented and culturally competent therapist, and uses her own experience as an international student in the US to empathize with the various cultural stressors many clients face in their lives.

Additionally, Dr. Chi serves as a clinical supervisor within Framework’s training programs.
