Current marketing strategies attract high functioning clients in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are experiencing phase of life issues, relationship concerns, or striving to achieve work/life balance. We welcome early career or newly licensed psychologists and encourage them to apply!

our current opening:

11/10/18: Framework is looking to a hire a psychologist who specializes in men’s wellness. Psychologists who have experience treating both straight and queer men are especially encouraged to apply.

Flexible Hours! We’re asking for a minimum commitment of 10 hours weekly, which includes time providing online therapy from home. Applicants who are available more than 10 hours weekly will be given preference, if this applies to you please let us know in your cover letter.

Instant Caseload! Our current marketing efforts are successful and we’re consistently on waitlist. You’ll start earning income on your first day!

Minimal responsibilities! Simply provide the service and write the note. We’ll handle your client recruitment and scheduling.

Consultation available! You’ll initially receive weekly individual consultation from Spencer Scott, Psy.D. to facilitate your transition into the practice. Ongoing case consultation is available from Framework’s team.

Reliable Income! Competitive fee split. Given our emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, our client retention rate is 92%, giving you reliable income.

The ideal candidate supports Framework’s founding principles and wants to develop into an important part of our of group. To be considered, a candidate MUST:

  • Possess an active, unrestricted psychologist license in CA.

  • Have experience working with LGBTQ individuals from an affirming stance.

  • Have experience providing individual and relationship therapy to adults.

  • Value the therapeutic relationship and strive to build strong rapport with each client.

  • Have experience, or be comfortable with, providing online services using videochat.

  • Possess basic computer proficiency (for videochat, online clinical documentation, etc.)

  • Have access to high-speed Internet in their home.
