What are Framework’s fees?

How can I pay a bill I received?

We ask that clients wait to pay any outstanding balance until instructed by Framework to do so, as reimbursement from insurance may be in-progress and the total listed may not reflect your final amount due. When we request payment, we'll also send a link to our online payment system.

How long are the therapy appointments at Framework?

Nationally, the cost of therapy is rising and becoming difficult to afford, with the majority of therapists requiring their clients pay cash rather than using insurance. Additionally, most therapists operate on a 1 hour appointment block, though meet with the client for 50 minutes of therapy. Framework’s psychologists have decided to make our services more accessible by accepting insurance in-network and setting our rates to be approximately 30% more affordable than other psychologists in West LA. To achieve our affordability and accessibility, we schedule 40 minute sessions for most individual therapy appointments. Framework has invested in the technology of automatic billing, electronic scheduling, and automatic appointment reminders, allowing us to dedicate the full 40 minutes to actually providing therapy.

Will my therapist at Framework collaborate with my other healthcare providers?

Of course! Collaboration between Framework providers is ongoing and complimentary. Framework can also release summaries of psychotherapy, psychiatry, and assessment results to qualified providers outside of our practice. You’ll need to sign a “Release of Information” form first. Please email Hello@FrameworkPsych.com and request this form. A $15 fee may be charged for document preparation.
