Framework Associates is a rapidly expanding practice based in Santa Monica. We were founded on the principles of providing affordable, accessible psychological services from highly qualified psychologists. Current marketing strategies attract high functioning clients in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are experiencing phase of life issues, relationship concerns, or striving to achieve work/life balance. Our Current Openings
Generalist psychologist: Framework is seeking a psychologist who possesses strong generalist skills for working with our client base from one of the following theoretical orientations: Relational, Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Men’s wellness psychologist: Framework is also seeking a psychologist with experience treating both straight and queer men from any theoretical orientation.
Minimal responsibilities! Simply provide the service and write the note. We’ll handle your client recruitment, scheduling, and billing.
Consultation available! You’ll initially receive weekly individual consultation from Spencer Scott, Psy.D. to facilitate your transition into the practice. Ongoing consultation is available from Framework’s team.
Immediate caseload! We’re consistently on a waitlist, you’ll have clients from day one.
Reliable Income! Competitive fee split. Given our emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, our client retention rate is 92%, giving you reliable income.
Minimum 10 hours/week required, with opportunity to work additional hours as your caseload grows. You may provide online therapy from home at any time that is convenient for you, but we ask you be available for a minimum of 7 hours weekly in our Santa Monica offices.
Current open office space (as of 12/29/18): Sundays (anytime), Monday mornings or evenings, Wednesday evenings, Fridays (anytime), Saturdays (anytime).
The ideal candidate supports Framework’s founding principles and wants to develop into an important part of our of group.
To be considered, a candidate MUST:
Possess an active, unrestricted psychologist license in CA.
Have experience working with LGBTQ individuals from an affirming stance.
Have experience providing individual and relationship therapy to adults.
Value the therapeutic relationship and strive to build strong rapport with each client.
Possess basic computer proficiency and complete documentation in a timely manner.
